Gumuchian November - Part 2

Gumuchian - Peacock Earrings
Gumuchian - Peacock Earrings
Part #2 of Gumuchian November!!!

Here's some background on Gumuchian and why we are so happy to share their jewelry with you.  On any given day, if you walk into the Gumuchian office in Manhattan, you will see several women buzzing around, all with one goal in mind: to bring women the most exquisite, timeless and perfectly executed jewelry they have ever seen or worn. Gumuchian's slogan is "Designed by Women for Women". Their founder and visionary Anita Gumuchian and her daughters Myriam and Patricia carry on a family legacy in the jewelry industry that dates back over 100 years.

The artistry and beauty of their jewelry are evident at first sight. The diamonds and gemstones that they use along with their unique designs are what makes this jewelry so incredible to look at but also so very easy to wear. Their offices in Manhattan is where all their designs are developed and brought to life by master jewelers. This team of women comes together as one, making each design built to wear with comfort while lasting a lifetime. This is what it means to be "Designed by Women for Women".

This is why we are proud to present their pieces to you since our blog is all about women supporting women. It also doesn't hurt that this was probably one of the most fun couple of days we've had just being able to play with such incredible pieces. I do love jewelry and admire the artistry and craftsmanship that goes into making such stunning pieces. Works of art, like the pieces that you'll see this month, are made to be worn and serve as cherished heirlooms for future generations.

For the month of November we paired our Gumuchian jewelry with various fashion trends & styles. We wanted to showcase that you can wear luxury jewelry for any ocassion. It is definitely acceptable to wear high end jewelry with a casual everyday outfit, like I did with todays outfit of the day.

So now to take a look at the pieces that I was lucky enough to wear with this outfit. Keep reading to see my full #OOTD along with links of where to find the same look.

The beautiful earrings I'm wearing are called "The Peacock Earrings". They are 18K two-toned gold with 100 round diamonds totaling 1.20cts with a diamond bar top.  They are so light and stunning looking on the ear. With such a statement earring I didn't think that I needed anything else to make this look special. That's one of the many things I love about Gumuchian jewelry. Just one piece is so incredible it transform any outfit you are wearing into a "to die for" look.
Dolce & Gabbana - Tweed Cropped Jacket

For my outfit, I stuck with the simple & chic colors of black and white. My outfit as a whole is a combination of elegance and effortlessness. I didn't need to add too many accessories or accents because the items I'm wearing are enough on their own. Anything else would have been too much.

My tweed cropped jacket is from Dolce & Gabbana. I really love this jacket! It reminds me of something Olivia Pope, from the TV Show Scandal, would wear.

I also found some alternatives for you ladies to choose from. On the more luxury spectrum, but more affordable than Dolce & Gabbana is the Iro Emotion Open-Front Tweed Cropped Jacket from Neiman Marcus for $545. And this Rebecca Taylor Ruffle-Trim Tweed Jacket from Nordstrom currently 40% off for $329.98.

A very affordable option, and just as smart looking as any of the other options, is this Trim Tweed Jacket from Mango for only $79.99.

My black pantsuit is from Misha Nonoo, and it's called the Valentina Jumpsuit. Misha Nonoo is one of my favorite designers. They have quality made clothing and accessories which are timeless. Misha Nonoo is great at creating the basics in the chicest way and is never too trendy that it will go out of style by next season.

Since Misha Nonoo does run on the more expensive side I found this similar option. The Cold Shoulder V-Neck Jumpsuit from Nordstrom is available for $148. I know this might still seem expensive for some people. I suggest investing in this style. In my experience even if you purchase a quality made pantsuit you will still need to get some alterations done.
Prada Heels

These shoes I've had for many years now, and they are from Prada. Unfortunately, they are no longer available for purchase. I found a similar option, Black and White Pump by Monroe and Main for $69.99. The only difference is that they don't have the very dramatic pointed toe, which actually might be more comfortable to wear.

A big thank you to Gumuchian!! Check in with us all month long to see some more stunning pieces.
